The Campaign for Judicial Accountability and Reforms (CJP) has issued a stern warning, demanding the resignation of Election Commissioner Gyanesh Kumar.
CJP threatens a nationwide protest, dubbed 'Jantar Mantar 2.0', if Kumar does not step down, citing concerns over the integrity of his appointment.
The demand stems from allegations surrounding the selection process of Election Commissioners, which excluded the Chief Justice of India.
