The Indian Youth Congress (IYC) has petitioned the Delhi High Court challenging the denial of permission to protest against Chief Election Commissioner (CEC) Gyanesh Kumar.
The protest, scheduled for April 1st, 2024, was aimed at raising concerns regarding the integrity and independence of the Election Commission of India.
The Delhi High Court has since issued notices to the Delhi Police and other respondents, seeking their replies on the matter.
